Jan David started his career as commodity trader at Cargill in 1984. He later joined Firmenich and worked around the globe – on the Global Executive Flavours Management Team and as Global VP Savoury and Sweet Goods – for over 21 years. Jan David has in-depth industry know-how and a worldwide network in the fast-growing and innovative ingredients and flavours industries. His understanding of the challenges in finding the right talents for these industries, was the basis of founding True-Capital. With the acquisition of Willem Mock Associates Executive Search in 2016, services expanded to include executive search for agri-commodities business.
