Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 2012, Lindsay has worked on searches for presidents, provosts, vice presidents, and deans at public and private universities and at liberal arts colleges, including numerous searches in student affairs, finance, communications, and research. She has also worked on several searches in the nonprofit sector across functional areas. Lindsay brings a background in higher education recruiting to her practice. She held positions in admissions and student services at the University of San Francisco; California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo; and the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. Lindsay has a master’s degree in higher education management, and she enjoys hearing how leaders put theory into practice in her work. Lindsay appreciates how critical an effective leader is to bringing positive results to an organization while also creating a ripple effect within the organization's greater community.
