Johannes Suciu is Managing Partner based in the firm's Frankfurt, Germany office, where he is a core member of the private equity practice.

A highly-experienced talent consultant, Johannes is skilled in executive search, executive coaching, technical recruiting, human resources consulting, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Clients in the MedTech, Biotech, Pharma, Contract Manufacturing, Dental, and Chemical industries value his expertise in identifying, assessing and hiring talent across a range of functions including C-Suite, General Management, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Operations.

Johannes was Executive Vice President at DHR from 2009-2015, where he helped develop and build DHR’s presence in Europe, working across regions to establish global accounts.

Over the course of his 25-year career, Johannes has also held leadership positions with top international executive search firms, as well as boutique consulting firms. He began his professional career working as a scientist focusing on organizational psychology research projects for the German government.

Johannes holds a master’s in social psychology and statistics from the University of Frankfurt. He is multilingual and speaks German, Romanian, English and Italian fluently.
