Cyrille van Hoof is a certified executive presentation coach with over 30 years of experience in performance, communication, and public presence. She brings a unique blend of stage expertise and business acumen to help leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Her coaching approach is grounded in the belief that authenticity is the cornerstone of impactful communication. Cyrille partners with individuals and teams to refine their personal presentation style, enhance storytelling, and strengthen executive presence. Through tailored one-on-one coaching and group sessions, she supports clients in developing compelling pitches, strategic presentations, and confident on-stage delivery. Prior to her work as a coach, Cyrille built a distinguished international career in the performing arts, including lead roles in global musical theatre productions such as Miss Saigon and Rent. Her experience touring across Europe, Asia, and the United States shaped her deep understanding of presenting under pressure and the power of narrative.
For more than a decade, Cyrille has worked with clients ranging from C-level executives and consultants to startup founders, NGOs, and creative professionals. She is based in the Netherlands and continues to perform occasionally as a vocalist, drawing on her artistic roots to enrich her coaching practice.
