Mahima is a member of the Industrial and Social Sector Practices for the India office. Mahima has been working in the executive search business since the start of her career in 2011. She has worked on various CXO searches across multiple sectors but with a focus on higher education, process manufacturing and infrastructure. Previously, she worked with an international search firm where she set up their financial services practice and helped expand the business in the process manufacturing industry. Her search experience spans Cement, Chemicals, Metals, Real Estate development, Airports, EPC, Banks, Non-Banking Financial companies, buy-out Private Equity funds and private universities (in both – greenfield stage and established set-ups). Mahima holds a bachelor’s degree from Lady Shri Ram College (2008), New Delhi and a post graduate degree in business administration from Indra Prastha University (2011), New Delhi. Additionally, she holds a diploma in emerging market economics from the University of Oxford (2014).
