Rhiannon is engaged by her long term Commercial Building & Fitout clients for “Career” Contractors and candidates open to working on a Contract / temporary basis. Rhiannon’s client base includes larger Tier 1 firms, as well as Tier 2 & 3 Builders. For the past 5 years she has worked within the Construction and Build space, assisting professionals in the next step to further their career. She have a genuine passion for construction, having grown up in a family of tradesman so I understand the pressures of the industry and what it takes to succeed. She prides herself in finding individuals who provide a long-term solution for the builders she work with and believes it is about finding the right fit, not a quick fix for both my clients and candidates alike. Outside of work you will find me spending time with my family and exploring all the foodie spots around Melbourne.
