Regan, a Bay Area native, joined Isaacson, Miller in 2001 with more than two decades of experience in executive recruiting for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. One of the founding members of the firm's San Francisco office, she has built a practice across higher education, philanthropy, and arts and culture. She is also a member of the firm's committees on diversity and inclusion, as well as craft and strategy.

Regan has recruited presidential and cabinet-level officers for various academic and mission-driven clients including research and comprehensive universities, liberal arts colleges, art and design colleges, foundations, and visual and performing arts organizations. Well-versed in working with boards and search committees, she understands how to successfully customize search processes for the benefit of her clients.

Outside of work, Regan volunteers at various area nonprofits that specialize in children's services and literacy. Behind all of her work, professional or otherwise, is a passion for strengthening the civic sector with leaders who can advance social good.
