Martin is Senior Advisor at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s London office and working internationally.

With an extensive career across global real estate sectors serving the highest levels of developers, investors and occupiers, Martin has specialized in investment, development, and real estate finance.

One of the industry’s most established professionals, he joins Ferguson Partners from CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services company, where he served in EMEA CEO and President roles, building and driving a range of highly successful business and investment initiatives for CBRE’s international clients.

Samworth received a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a Member of The Association of Real Property and Infrastructure. Outside work, Martin enjoys travel, keeping fit, tennis and the theatre.
