I support junior to mid-level HR professionals within the professional and financial services sectors across London alongside my colleague Kathryn Gunner. This includes investment banks, law firms, consultancies and accountancy firms. Roles that I recruit span the entire HR spectrum including generalist HR, business partnering, learning, development, talent, OD, graduate recruitment, recruitment, employee relations and change. I began my recruitment career in 2013 at a boutique agency before moving to Frazer Jones at the start of 2016, joining the interim team. During my time here I have successfully recruited a variety of roles from highly specialised professional development positions to generalist HR. I also assist candidates who are looking to move to the UK on Youth Mobility visas from countries such and Australia and New Zealand. A key strength of mine is developing strong relationships with my candidates and clients I work with. I take time to understand the needs of the business and the to ensure the placement is successful. I pride myself on quality of service and value long-term, collaborative relationships. Prior to moving into the recruitment world I was a nurse for 5 years in child and adolescent mental health services. This continues to be an important part of my life and I am currently beginning a mentoring programme with disadvantaged children across deprived areas of London. Outside of work I am an avid fan of Saturday brunches and wine tasting!
