Sultan has over 12 years’ recruitment experience in the UK and Europe across Finance, Risk & Compliance. A graduate from Westminster University, Sultan is responsible for the growth of the Compliance, Financial Crime & Regulatory Change team focused on the Financial Services & Banking markets in the UK. Prior to joining Taylor Root, Sultan was a Partner at a leading global consulting group for almost 4 years, where he built up the Compliance and Risk Management Interims business.
