Mr. Orr's recruiting experience spans an array of functional areas and titles, e.g., Non-Executive Director, CEO, President, CFO, COO, CMO, CRO, GM, as well as leaders in Finance, Underwriting, Product, Actuarial, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Claims, Operations, etc.

In addition to his reputation as a trusted adviser for talent acquisition across the Insurance sector, Mr. Orr is highly regarded for his expertise in U.S. high and ultra-high net worth Private Banking and Wealth Management.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Orr worked across industries with a number of retained executive search firms in both New York and Chicago.
