She started her career in Korn Ferry International as a Consultant. She also worked for nine years for Kienbaum GmbH as a Principal, Management Board Member with responsibility for Life Science and High-Tech sector. Over last five years, before establishing her own company, she worked for Spencer Stuart as a Head of Life Science Practice in Poland.

She also brings in-depth knowledge of the FMCG, Fashion/Apparel and Retail and e-commerce and significant expertise in executing industrial clients and high-tech/digital sector.
