She began her professional career in the hotel industry in Asia, where she gained international experience early on, also influenced by her parents. After several years in the industry, most recently mainly in Germany, she moved to a development cooperation consultancy as an assistant. Building on the project management knowledge she acquired there, she has since worked in personnel consulting and worked in executive search for over 18 years before joining tomkos.partners.
