Alberto advises large Spanish and international companies, Investment banks, asset managers, wealth management businesses, private equities, and international law firms on strategic talent matters, having had complex mandates in the USA, Latin America, the UK, and Europe. Additionally, Alberto brings years of experience placing dozens of C-suite executives and Board Members, enabling positive business outcomes for our clients, and advising them to execute complex succession plans and talent strategies to reinforce their teams and governance rules. Before N2Growth, Alberto spent 23 years leading Blacksmith, a Spanish executive search boutique focused on the financial industry and professional services with huge recognition in Europe and Latin America. He also served the largest Spanish clients for their C-Suite and Board matters. He started his career at Deutsche Bank and Banco Popular. Alberto has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Salamanca. Alberto enjoys sports such as basketball, fitness, and padel. Still, he mostly enjoys spending time with his three children, Alberto, Jacobo, and Chloe, and his wife, Judit — he is passionate about modern art and wine tasting.
