Angela specializes in Executive Search, product and business development, marketing, and HR. She is deeply involved in analyzing, diagnosing, and innovating sustainable board solutions.

Angela is an expert in marketing, HR, strategic consulting, and facilitation. Previously, she led the HR function at several of Ukraine’s top companies, including RedHead Family Corporation, Deloitte Ukraine, ADV Group, and Bayadera Group. Mrs. Poddubna has headed marketing for leading multinationals in the region, such as McDonald’s Ukraine, Subway Russia, Mars, real, - Metro Group. As Managing Director of multinational advertising agency Publicis Visage Ukraine, she helped clients from various industries quickly and efficiently reach crucial decisions.

Angela graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with an MD in Philology (English Language and Foreign Literature); obtained an MBA degree from Uni Kassel International Management School (Germany), participated in corporate governance course in the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy (UCGA).

She speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English.

In her leisure time, she enjoys fostering facilitation skills, fancies art decoration, is passionate about audio and kinesthetic books, and absorbs any knowledge in the form of infographics.
