Agro-food engineer graduated from POLYTECH'LILLE and holder of a DEA in biotechnology of food processes issued by ENSAIA, Aurore began her career in 2004 as Commercial Manager within the AUCHAN group. In 2008, she joined the purchasing center of the same group to exercise the function of quality manager for 8 years on different ranges of food products. Passionate about the product and the field, Aurore decided to return to industry in 2016 and took responsibility for the quality management system of an industrial production site of the NESTLE group; before becoming quality director in an Alsatian SME in 2018. With her knowledge of mass distribution, industry and business organization ranging from SMEs to international groups, Aurore decided in 2022 to join the recruitment consulting sector to support companies in their search for their talents. She joined Mac Anders in March 2022 in the Strasbourg office.
