Matthieu Le Conte holds a Master's degree in Law (Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University) and a Master's degree in Management from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion. A consultant and then team leader within an Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm for several years, he conducted, among other things, research in consolidation, auditing and management control for corporate finance departments and audit firms. In 2008, he joined an international direct approach recruitment firm, where he mainly recruits managers, executives and specialists with specific skills in the industry, in France and Europe. He also worked in the industry as HR Development Manager and then Human Resources Manager before joining aperlead in 2011 where he now leads the Industry, Supply Chain and Purchasing practice. This dual HR experience in industry and consulting now allows Matthieu to recruit in all major industrial and purchasing functions, from management positions (Operations, Industrial, Factory, Purchasing, Supply Chain, etc.) to middle management positions as well as specialized engineers. He loves history, "old stones", tennis and travel.
