David is a Director with the HVS San Antonio office. For over 17 years, he has performed numerous appraisal and consulting assignments in a variety of markets. He specializes in limited-, select-, and full-service hotels and has prepared analyses and market studies for many properties in cities all over the United States. David authored the article “The Reciprocal Value of City Development,” which was published on multiple hospitality websites, such as Hotel News Resource, Restaurant News Resource, Hospitality Net, and Restaurants for Sale. He has also been quoted in the New Mexico Business Weekly. David earned his bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University. He gained experience in the hospitality industry at the Omni Parkwest Hotel in Dallas, where he worked in the rooms division and engaged in all aspects of operations. This hotel operations experience allows David to provide a level of insight and expertise critical to the hotel appraisal or consulting assignment.
