My expertise lies in assessing, developing and coaching senior executives. I also work with senior teams and have delivered a number of main board evaluations. My work has been conducted with a large number of different businesses and organisations in most parts of the world. I currently work with NSCG a consulting business which acquired Wickland Westcott in 2019. Prior to NSCG and Wickland Westcott I was part of Whitehead Mann's assessment and development practice. I spent the early part of my career with British Airways and Dixons Group (now Dixons Carphone) where I held a number of Human Resources and line roles. In my last role with Dixons I was responsible for group and retail resourcing together with succession planning. I am a Chartered Psychologist with a degree in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from Queen's University Belfast. I also have an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching.
