I joined Macdonald & Company in 2018 having spent 8 years as a Manager in the insurance sector.

Naturally, giving people a platform to make the most of their careers was transferable across to recruitment and I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of identifying personalities of both businesses and individuals in order to build connections.

I work within the General Practice team recruiting across Real Estate and Development fields; including commercial property, real estate asset management and estates management, professional surveyors (including valuation, landlord and tenant, and rating surveyors), property development and investment professionals. I recruit graduates and right the way up to Director level spanning across all sectors for employers in real estate and work within the Manchester office covering a geographical patch throughout the Midlands, north, up to and including Scotland.
