Joe is responsible for the research and recruitment of candidates across several industries including SaaS, consumer, logistics & transportation. Joe joined ON Partners after a successful 9-year career as a collegiate rowing coach and recruiter. He spent 5 years serving on the Princeton University Heavyweight Men’s staff, leading the recruitment and development of the teams’ athletes. Joe’s crew won the 2022 IRA National Championship, along with several other accolades during his time in coaching. He earned his Bachelor’s, Business + Corporate Communications from Boston University and continues to stay involved in the rowing community. An avid Boston sports fan, Joe is currently based in Cleveland, OH.
