Alison is an Associate in the Financial Services Practice. Working across the Financial Services sector, Alison handles executive and non-executive positions for banking, market infrastructure, investment, regulatory and public sector clients. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Alison was involved in developing a boutique search firm specialising in appointments into emerging markets with a focus into international development and development finance. Alison holds a BSc Hons in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of York.
