Her solid management background in financial, strategic planning, operations, sales, and customer service provides a foundation for executive recruitment grounded in the realities of the business environment. She thinks on her feet and welcomes the many challenges that come with a growing enterprise. As a member of the Morgan Consulting Resources team since 2004, Donna integrates her business perspective along with a background in medical, ophthalmology, and radiology practices. She excels at taking on projects that add to the efficiency and evolution of our firm, and she enjoys venturing into analytical projects to find the story in the data. With an eye for detail, Donna has a talent for coordinating complex processes from internal operations to executive search. In 2012, Donna relocated from her hometown of Las Vegas to the Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. With two kids in college in California and roots in Las Vegas, trips to the West are always an adventure. She and her husband indulge in improvement projects and gardening with seeds from around the world. They tend to get carried away, which leaves them with plenty of plants to share with members of the community.
