Already during my psychology studies at the University of Amsterdam I became intrigued by human interaction within organisations. And especially during change processes that are often difficult to predict. The effect of diversity, culture and internal politics creates a challenging playing field where business and psychology are inextricably linked. I clearly wanted to know more about this! As soon as I had my title as a scientific behavioral expert, I chose a career in the world of Executive Search. A challenging world that is constantly in motion and where I still gain refreshing insights every day! Thanks to many inspiring conversations with professionals at board and senior management level, I have acquired extensive knowledge and experience. Professionally, focused on Supply Chain and Logistics, but also in the field of business operations, organization and (change) management. In combination with my psychological background, this forms a unique perspective and a pleasant basis for both Executive Search and Business Coaching, in which I focus on successful development of people and organizations. I get my energy from positive entrepreneurship and I like to work with people who are driven by ambition. In my personal life, I prefer to travel with friends and family. I enjoy extensive dining with them and a good glass of wine!
