She specializes in recruiting executives for board and senior-level roles, including chief executive officers, chief business officers, chief medical officers, and other senior-level positions across the entire healthcare and life sciences ecosystem. Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Daisy spent several years in boutique executive search firms, focusing more broadly on the pharmaceutical, consumer, technology, and digital sectors.
