Anita Tien conducts searches for leadership at arts and cultural organizations, foundations, and colleges and universities. Within higher education, her practice includes presidents; provosts; deans of colleges of arts and sciences, the fine and performing arts, and computer and information sciences; and chief information officers. Anita began her career as a faculty member at Wellesley College before moving into development and administration at Harvard University and Boston College. As a member of the provost's office, she coordinated searches for deans and other senior positions in academic affairs, and she brings firsthand knowledge of client needs and requirements to every search she leads.
