Biography
Kim is a passionate HR professional who focuses on special HR consulting projects and executive recruitment searches tailored to each client’s culture and business needs. Her expertise was gained from 18-years experience working in human resources and career development – including overall human resources strategy, talent attraction, staffing & retention, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management and leadership development.
Kim earned her undergraduate degree in Human Development from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an Executive Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hawaii, Shilder College of Business, which she believes gave her a deeper appreciation of people and business, enabling her to propose excellent matches that benefit both candidates and companies.
An active member of the community, Kim volunteers in various capacities at several nonprofit organizations including Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii, IHS and Palama Settlement.
