With a degree in Philosophy from the University of Turin, Niccolò started his career in 1995: two years at EuroSearch to learn the basics of executive search. He then set off on his journey, initially Belgium and then Alba, working for the Ferrero Group. In 2000 he became the Head of Organization Soremartec Group: managing process analysis; training, development and management of human resources; and process and structure engineering. In 2002 he returned to Italy as Partner at EuroSearch, managing the Milan office. In 2014 he became Managing Partner. The structure of thought patterns and philosophy remain his passion, along with music, which he is teaching to his children. He works in Italian, English and French.
