Cam is a Director, Client Services at IQ PARTNERS FinTech and Financial Services, & Insurance team. Born and raised in New Zealand, Cam completed a Commerce Degree with a double major in Commercial Law & Marketing before getting into the world of recruitment. With over 5 years of international recruitment experience under his belt, Cam relocated to Canada and broke into the Financial Services recruitment market. Whilst hopeful to be the first New Zealander to play for the Maple Leafs, learning to skate is likely a good starting point. Prior to Financial Services, Cam recruited a mixture of Skilled Trades, Logistics, and Salespeople. Cam’s innate curiosity, alongside his interpersonal skills, allows him to have valuable conversations with his candidates. Whether candidates or clients, there’s nothing more rewarding for Cam than making an introduction between two people in his network, that is mutually beneficial for them both.
