Sonia is a principal at True Search specialising in C-suite and VP level searches for founders, entrepreneurs and PE/VC investors across all consumer sectors. Sonia joined True from Renovata partners where she worked across all high-growth PE/VC-backed technology sectors. Prior to that, she was a management consultant at PwC working in their people and org human capital practice. Sonia has an Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from San Diego State University.
