Mohammed (MD) Asaduzzaman is a partner in the Assurance Services Division, based in the Houston office. Mr. Asaduzzaman has more than 17 years of auditing experience and has served both publicly and privately held companies, with a particular focus on specialty retailers. He assists clients with a wide range of service needs including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC filings. He is well-versed in Sarbanes-Oxley internal control compliance requirements and SEC statements including Forms 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q, and various registration filings. Mr. Asaduzzaman joined Marcum in 2018. He began his career at a “Big Four” accounting firm, where he was an audit senior manager serving Fortune 500 publicly traded companies, privately held entities, regulated financial services enterprises, and public REITs (real estate investment trusts).
