I work with organisations, building and developing sustainable social sector organisations and social enterprises. I aim to bring together the breadth of experience I've gained from thirty years of successfully working both within the commercial business sector, integrated with the cultural ethos of the public and social sector. I have a strong interest on employability and health and well-being projects. My experience spans personally setting up and growing social enterprises across to executive and non-executive roles within a variety of charities. I am experienced in delivering within the NHS and Local Authorities addressing the challenges of service redesign. I draw on my experience as Chair, Compass Wellbeing CIC, former Chair of Social Enterprise Scotland and Trustee of Health and Social Care Alliance.
