Bryan O’Leary is a Consultant on our Transform Advisory team, working with our recruiters and clients to successfully implement various organizational design, talent development and technology consulting recommendations made by MLA Transform. With each project, he provides tactical support to see a project through to completion and ensures clients’ expectations are met while driving continual process improvement to further expand the team’s capabilities. Bryan was born and raised in New York City but currently lives in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. When he isn’t busy teaching his kids to be nerds just like him, he enjoys kayaking, hiking and reading science fiction.
