Marcus Holhammar is a senior executive search consultant serving clients with projects across Sweden within his areas of expertise. Marcus has a twenty-year background in strategic business development, leadership, marketing, and public affairs. Marcus has both experience in establishing new companies and organisations from scratch, and from positions as branch- and regional manager, and deputy MD. His background includes business development and venture capital fundraising for start-ups, managing operations of sales and leadership development, education and international consulting, and strategic project management within talent attraction, urban development and infrastructure. Marcus has international experience from the Baltics and the U.S, and prior to joining TRANSEARCH he founded a company offering corporate culture solutions. Marcus holds a Master of Public Administration from Gothenburg University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Digital Business Transformation Strategy from Columbia Business School.
