Macy is a principal in True’s Healthcare Practice. She predominantly works across CEO, operations and board searches for venture capital and private equity-backed companies that drive change within the wellness and healthcare technology ecosystem. Prior to joining True, Macy worked for a top boutique search firm, where she partnered with private health tech companies to place executives across operations and growth functions at the VP and C-suite level. Before that, she worked within the Techstars / UnitedHealthcare accelerator, consulting with early stage health tech founders on cross-functional growth projects. Macy joined Techstars after working across marketing roles for early stage CPG companies. Macy holds a BS from University of Wisconsin-Madison and lives in New York City.
