Ken joined ZRG Partners, LLC in 2002. Ken has developed several niches in national and global markets including; financial services, specialty lending, fintech, and technology. With extensive experience in placing C-level, SVP, VP, business development and operations positions, Ken has been extremely successful in working with clients and candidates globally as well as nationally. His global experience has given him particular knowledge in the European, Asian and Latin American markets. Ken is active in social media and runs 2 successful podcasts, The Ultimate Hire and Executive Athletes. Ken has been in the recruiting business since 1999 when he started his recruiting career with Kforce, recruiting engineering and technology professionals. He believes that recruiting is a profession requiring strong passion, drive, and desire to make sure the clients are well served. Ken’s approach to the market is truly unique. With a background in highly competitive athletics, he believes that recruiting is similar to sports, requiring precision and accuracy to ensure that the process is flawless and the best candidates are identified.
