Hi, my name is Francesca Jackson (AKA Chess) and I lead the Product Management recruitment function here at 3Search. Having worked in the space since 2014, I recruit for all Product Management jobs from Product Managers all the way through to CPOs. I work across every sector, with a personal interest in the FinTech, EnviroTech and HealthTech industries. I have a huge amount of experience in partnering with start-up/scaleup organisations from pre-seed to series C, helping a variety of companies to scale and grow. My favourite part of my position as a product recruitment consultant, is that moment you find a candidate their dream role or even a role or company that they didn’t even know existed. It’s even more rewarding when you’re able to speak with them again 2-3 years on and get to see their personal and professional progression.
