Claudia Gonzalez is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Sector and is based in Mexico City. She focuses on serving domestic and international financial services clients in global banking, investment banking, asset and wealth management, and consumer financial banking. She specializes in serving family-owned businesses and family offices in Mexico and Latin America. Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Claudia spent several years at Finaccess, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan, where she focused on bringing in new assets and boosting client acquisition. She also spent more than a decade in relationship management at Deutsche Bank in Mexico, Hamburg and New York. During her tenure, she prospected new clients, managed portfolios and investments, and volunteered as head of the Deutsche Bank Americas Foundation in Mexico for over five years, managing budgets and projects for grants. She began her career as an analyst with Privest. Claudia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration as well as a certification in portfolio management from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. She speaks fluent English, German, Italian and Spanish.
