He is a specialist in IT management, particularly in business and IT process consulting, IT strategy as well as key account management and business development. As an IT consultant, he was responsible for carve-outs and post-merger integrations in the IT and digital sectors. In these consulting mandates, he not only designed new IT structures, processes and strategies, but was also involved in conception, roll-out and implementation as a full-service provider.
