Biography
Ersen began his sales career like most, in an SDR position learning his trade selling ed-tech solutions. Before making the step up to AE he transitioned into an SDR manager, building and coaching multiple teams in 2.5 year period. After his management journey he transitioned into an AE at a leading SaaS ed-tech scale up Go1, he was one of the first boots on the ground in EMEA and spent 3 years on the UK sales team. Ersen was instrumental in building and scaling the middle eastern region and closed enterprise-size deals with clients such as Superdry PLC and Leicester City FC. He now brings his year of experience as a manager and IC to support our candidates on their recruitment journey.
