Valerio joined Hanover in Q4 2020 to ​launch a new international executive search division in Life Sciences. Fluent in three languages, he brings 20 years of business experience with several years expertise in Meditech, Pharma and Biotech. Valerio will be delivering C-Suite and Senior level assignments across Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, R&D, HR, Finance and Operations. His insights and long-lasting partnerships allow him to perform global searches and build businesses in strategic countries in EMEA and the US. When not working, Valerio enjoys football, reading and helping his favourite animal rescue shelter.
