Jaana is the founder and Managing Partner of Johto Advisors. She has almost 20 years of experience in direct recruitment of board members, management and experts. Her client base is extensive, covering family and listed companies as well as third sector operators. Before her consulting career, she worked in business development and communications in the service industry, among other roles. Jaana holds a Master of Science (Econ.), majoring in Management and Organizations. In addition, she completed an eMBA degree at Henley University in 2020.
