Vaksvik works with clients across Northern Europe. He appoints investment professionals, CFOs and senior finance officers across industries for both listed, private equity backed and privately held companies. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Vaksvik was a researcher at an executive search firm and later worked as a Project Leader recruiting buy-side Professionals within private equity, family offices and operational finance roles. Vaksvik holds an MSc in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo.
