Mitch has developed strong relationships with some national leaders in the independent financial services industry. He focuses on retained searches working with Registered Investment Advisory firms or Independent Broker Dealer firms that are looking to grow via mergers or acquisitions. Prior to joining StevenDouglas, Mitch was an executive recruiter where he was responsible for national recruiting and development. As a member of the executive team, Mitch helped launch the merger and acquisition initiative, focusing on purchasing books of business or transitioning advisors. Mitch currently resides in Omaha, NE and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Briar Cliff University in Iowa.
