Duncan is a partner based in London, driving the product data and technology hiring in EMEA. Working closely with tech-focused investor-backed businesses, he has extensive experience in hiring in public and VC from series A to later-stage funding.

With a deep understanding of the talent, technologies and processes at play, Duncan has the ability to get to the heart of what stops effective scaling. He has helped a number early-stage companies through this process including the likes of SumUp, Raisin, Tide and Heetch.

Prior to joining True, Duncan lead the recruitment of large scale digital transformation programmes at the likes of Lloyds, TSB, Aldermore, NewDay, Sainsbury’s Bank, Tesco Bank, Royal London Asset Management and Aviva.
