Ric joined Worldbridge Partners with over 35 years of industrial leadership and strategic consulting experience, specializing in searches from managers to C-level positions in manufacturing companies. Ric has extensive experience in general management, operations, engineering, talent development and business development. He has served as Chief Operating Officer of a high precision component manufacturer, General Manager of an industrial product business, and a variety of progressive leadership roles in telecommunications equipment manufacturing, design, marketing, and sales. Ric was also a partner in a global strategy consulting firm serving a variety of segments including building materials, medical devices, electric hardware, air filtration, transmissions, and testing services. His in-depth understanding of organizations and building high performing team culture allows him to match both the requirements of the client and the candidate to achieve personal, team and corporate success. Ric is a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and holds a BS in mechanical engineering. He is married with two sons and two grandchildren. He and his wife, Deb, enjoy college sports, especially Clemson Tigers football.
