Lucy joined Drax’s CFO practice in 2021, after spending two years at a specialist recruitment company, where she focused on CFOs in Private Equity, both mid- and large-cap, across all sectors. Prior to this, Lucy graduated with a First-Class degree from Leeds University and a Master's degree in Gender and Politics from UCL. Outside of work, Lucy is a self-proclaimed restaurant connoisseur and enjoys doing a variety of gym classes from Boxing to Barre.
