Neville sits within the Interim CFO & Finance Practice, supporting Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies typically operating at daily rates between £500 and £3,000 per day. Typical assignments include: Interim Group CFO/CFO, Finance Directors, Divisional Finance Director, Group/Divisional Financial Controller, Head of Finance, FP&A Directors/Head of FP&A and Audit. Neville has spent much of his career working within a global recruitment company where he excelled in placing senior finance professionals. This helped him hone his experience within interim management. Neville has a straight-talking and tenacious approach and always willing to go the extra mile for clients and candidates alike. He enjoys networking, meeting a wider range of people and building strong foundations with people in the market and has a key passion in everything he does. Neville is an avid sportsman; having played cricket from a young age and for a variety of teams across the UK & South Africa. He currently plays for Premier League team Twickenham and lives in Raynes Park with his Fiancé and daughter Millie. When Neville isn’t playing cricket, he enjoys spending as much time with his family, travelling back to South Africa to see his parents, sister and long-time friends as well as keeping active in the gym.
