Chris brings over a decade of search experience, with a focus in executive level recruiting. Having worked in a variety of roles from Associate, Senior Associate, Consultant and Director-Research Operations, Chris has developed a comprehensive knowledge of proven and effective search practices.

Chris’ experience extends across every conceivable function from C-Suite and ELT (Executive Leadership Team) roles down to critical management ranks in Senior/Vice President and Director positions. He has successfully filled roles in Private Equity, Consumer Products, Insurance, Engineering, Technology and Financial as well as functional expertise in General Management, Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing, R&D, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Procurement.

Chris holds a BS in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University-Kansas City. Chris is a proud husband and father of four boys and stays active with concurrent training as a marathoner and power lifter.
