Felicity O’Shannassy is a Partner with SHK and leads the Consulting practice. Felicity is a specialist in workplace transformation, experienced in assisting business leaders to optimise organisational and people performance. Drawing on her impressive 25 years of experience and track record across different industries, Felicity delivers high risk and return initiatives in challenging environments, using a highly structured yet pragmatic approach. Felicity proactively engages stakeholders and builds meaningful relationships to deliver quality outcomes, whilst understanding the importance of enjoying the journey along the way. Prior to SHK, Felicity spent fourteen years in management consulting including as a Partner in a global People Advisory firm and seven years at PwC becoming a Director in the People and Change practice. She has consulted widely to clients in Banking and Financial Services, Telecommunications, Publishing and Media, Retailing, Mining, Not for Profit, and Victorian and New South Wales Government. Prior to her consulting career, Felicity spent eleven years in Victorian Government largely within the Justice Portfolio. Felicity has a Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Melbourne and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
